1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders within five business days. However, please note that there may be delays experienced by the courier, which are beyond our control.

2. What shipping methods do you use?

We use various couriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. This may include Canada Post or other reputable shipping providers.

3. Are there any additional fees or duties?

Any duties and fees other than shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes, local pick-up is available at our store located at 9 Queen Street, Cookstown, Ontario. Please contact us via email at info@wickedfragrancehouse.ca to arrange a date and time for pick-up.

5. What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unburned, undamaged items in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

6. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and contact us within 10 business days of delivery. We will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

7. Are there any non-refundable items?

Yes, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Dough Bowl Candles
  • Custom 48 oz. candles
  • Custom labels candles
  • Custom fill candles
  • Sale Items

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If a valid email address is on file, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the credit.
