Shipping policy

 

Wick'ed Fragrance House., is located at 9 Queen St. Cookstown, Ontario, Canada. 

We do our best to process and ship within five business days. 

Candles that are not regularly stocked at our retail location, will be filled as per order and will require additional 3 business days.

Please note that we have no control over any delays experienced by the courier. 

Different couriers may be used, other than Canada Post, depending on which provides the fastest delivery.

Any duties and fees other than shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. 

local pick-up is available at 9 Queen Street Cookstown, Ontario. The date and time will be arranged via email. Please add info@wickedfragrancehouse.ca to the safe list. Please note, if we do not receive a response, we may contact you by phone.
